When I first found out I was pregnant, I immediately assumed I had to start eating for two, download allll the apps, stop drinking coffee, and definitely never take a bath that was too warm.
Everywhere I looked, there were warnings. Opinions. Myths disguised as advice.
And if you’re anything like me, that swirl of conflicting voices can make you question everything.
So, today I want to break down a few of the most common pregnancy myths that I wish someone had helped me see clearly the first time around.
Because half the battle of pregnancy is trusting yourself.
