Did you miss me?

I'm back with a BIG gift 🎁

In partnership with

Hello and happy Friday, gorgeous mama!

It happened. I missed my first day on this newsletter. Ever.

Sorry we didn’t get to do any deep diving yesterday. As I have mentioned before, I created my books and this newsletter after my own pregnancies so I have two little boys. We are moving internationally and yesterday I took my husband to the airport.

We follow shortly (my sons and I) but I’m single-momming it for now and there is a LOT going on!

So real quick, for this Freebie Friday, I’m just gonna give you want I wanted to all along.

My amazing 4 part audio series on visualizing labor

If there’s one thing I wish more moms knew before heading into labor, it’s this:
your mindset is powerful.

Like, Olympic athlete visualization powerful.

When I was preparing for my own birth, I remember feeling overwhelmed by how much of it felt out of my control.
Spoiler alert: I ended up having a C-section.
Not what I expected — but honestly, I credit my mindset work (and this exact type of visualization practice) with helping me stay grounded and present through the entire experience.

That’s why I created this four-part Labor Visualization Audio Series — to help you walk into your birth, however it unfolds, feeling calm, centered, and connected.

Today, I’m sharing Part 2 as this week’s Freebie Friday!

This second audio is where we build deeper trust.
Trust in your body, trust in your baby, and trust in the process — even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

This guided visualization gently walks you through a calming journey to connect with your breath and your baby.
It’s not about controlling the outcome — it’s about showing up with softness, strength, and presence.

Whether you're planning for an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or a C-section like I had—this audio is here to support you.

Just something from me to you, because I know how much it can help.

A few Fridays ago, I shared the first one with you. Here it is again if you missed it:
