Thoughtful Thursday đ
Body Confidence, Bumps & Bikinis

Good Morning, Gorgeous Mama,
Itâs Thursday - the day we unpack sh*%
If you read yesterdayâs Wellness Wednesday, you already know how much I swear by swimming during pregnancy.
(Relief from swollen elephant ankles + the magic of floating = total game changer.)
But today, I want to take it a little deeper.
Because thereâs something powerful about stepping into the sunshine this summer, looking down at that growing belly, and saying:
âThis is beautiful. I am beautiful. Letâs go live a little.â
Your Summer Body Is Your Pregnancy Body
First things first: you do not need to âget your body back.â
You didnât lose it.
Youâre still in there, evolving and expanding, doing something absolutely miraculous.
Whether youâre coming out of that bloated, exhausted first trimester haze (hi, I see you chugging lemon water and living off crackers), or youâre deep into the third and your belly leads the way into every roomâyouâre allowed to show up confidently.
Tank tops.
Dresses.
Shorts.
Bikinis.
Stretch marks.
Support bands.
All of it.
Remember how Rihanna just rocked that *ishhhh?!
You do not have to shrink yourself to be worthy of joy this summer.
Second Trimester Glow? Go Show It Off.
If you're coming out of the first trimester fog and that little bump is starting to popâcelebrate it.
Youâre in the sweet spot: a little more energy, a little less nausea, and finally enough room in your jeans to breathe (unless youâve already said peace out to those and gone full maternity-modeârespect).
Let your baby bump lead the way.
Go out for ice cream.
Wear the dress that hugs your new curves.
Take bump pics in the sunshine.
Your body is doing the most, and you deserve to feel amazing while it does.
Third Trimester? That Belly Deserves the Pool.
Okay, if you're in your third trimester... remember what I said yesterday about swimming?
Seriouslyâget in the water.
Youâre not just growing a humanâyouâre doing it while carrying the weight of an entire watermelon.
You deserve ease. You deserve joy. And if you're having a summer baby?
Get ready, mama.
Because a summer baby means:
âïž Sweet outdoor naps under trees
đŒ Barefoot baby snuggles on the porch
đ Tiny swimsuits and splash pad days
đ Fresh fruit and freezer pops while nursing
đ§ș Laundry drying in the sun with that soft, sweet baby smell
Thereâs something nostalgic and magical about having a newborn when the whole world feels alive.
Letâs Talk Cute Baby Summer Clothes (!!!)
Okay, now that weâre all in our feelings about whatâs coming⊠letâs have some fun.
Whether youâre team boy, girl, or keeping it a surpriseâyou know I couldnât resist pulling together a few adorable summer outfit finds to make you extra excited for whatâs ahead (everything in the Essentials buying guide is for a winter baby so this needs to happen!):

Let your joy take up space.
