Pregnancy Brain Be Gone – My Favorite Digital Fix

Hey Beautiful Mama ✨
Welcome to The Bump and Beyond, your fave and trusted resource for the pregnancy and parenting journey.
It’s Tuesday…

It’s Tuesday…
Tech-Me-Out-Tuesday to be exact.
Let’s talk about pregnancy brain.
![]() | You know that moment when you walk into a room and completely forget why you’re there? It’s real. So if it feels like your mind is a browser with 47 tabs open, and none of them are responding? |
You have the very valid excuse of pregnancy. I, on the other hand, happen to be insanely stupid with a lot of this stuff already. Call it adult adhd, or motherhood in general, but I am the living worst at keeping track of my calendar and my stuff! lol. It’s just not the way my brain is built. I can recite every word of the entire 3rd grade program to you, as well as every song from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s but do NOT ask me where the keys are or my wallet is.
That’s why I started leaning on a few digital brain extenders during pregnancy—and I’m still using them now.
They’re like having a sweet little assistant living in your phone who never rolls her eyes when you forget your own doctor’s appointment.
Here are my favorite tools that helped me stay (kinda) organized and actually remember my prenatal vitamins:
This app lets you create a shared calendar with your partner, your mom, your doula, whoever.
You can add doctor’s appointments, birth classes, and even your third trimester nap schedule—no judgment.
Why I love it:
It color codes everything and has little “chat threads” under each event.
So you don’t get 5 texts from your partner asking what time the birthing class starts.
(It’s 6:00. Like the calendar says. Like it said yesterday.)
📝 2. Notion AI – The Do-It-All Organizer for Pregnancy and Beyond
If you’re the type who needs to brain dump everything—from nursery ideas to labor prep to what snacks to pack for the hospital—this is your tool.
It’s a smart note-taking app that can also help you organize checklists, create reminders, and even write to-do lists for you.
Yes, it will literally finish your sentence.
And no, it doesn’t judge you for writing “ice cream and nipple balm” on the same list.
🤖 3. Google Calendar with Assistant Integration – The OG with a Glow-Up
If you already live by your Google Calendar, linking it with Google Assistant gives you voice-command magic.
“Hey Google, remind me to drink water in 30 minutes.”
Boom.
“Add glucose test appointment to next Thursday at 11.”
Done.
Your phone becomes your pregnancy sidekick.
So no, you’re not flaky.
You’re pregnant.
And that’s kind of the most productive thing your body has ever done.
Let the tech do the remembering so you can do the growing.
You got this momma,

Don’t let a surprise vet bill torpedo your budget
Routine vet checkups are rising, and some surgeries can cost as much as a holiday in Europe. Fortunately, pet insurance can help offset these unexpected costs. With some policies starting at $10 and reimbursing up to 90%, you can keep your pet healthy without sacrificing your savings.
