It’s Tuesday

So let’s talk Tech-In-Pregnancy

First off, let’s acknowledge the truth: pregnancy is magical and beautiful and really freakin’ exhausting.

So the idea of pulling out a pen and crafting heartfelt reflections every week?

Yeah. Not happening.

But snapping a quick photo of your belly in the mirror and jotting down “Craving watermelon. Cried over a Subaru commercial. Baby is the size of a bell pepper”?

Totally doable.

Digital journals meet you where you are: on the couch, in bed, in the waiting room at your OB’s office.

You can log your thoughts with your thumbs or even just speak them out loud. (Some apps convert your voice notes into text, which is basically pregnancy wizardry.)

And unlike that dusty book, your digital journal sends little reminders like, “Want to write about how you’re feeling this week?”—without sounding judgy or requiring a fancy pen.

My friend got me a beautiful journal for my pregnancy and I was so excited to use it
and then, in the end, I think I might have filled out 5 pages? I just never had it on me when inspiration would strike! Then, the empty book just made me feel guilty and like a chore.

But, journals on my phone? I’m wayyyy better about. So I’m really into the solutions today’s newsletter brings. I hope you find at least one of them useful, mama!
